DISCLAIMER

Great care and effort has been taken to present the Sarees and other garments in our website and internet media to match their Original color and grandeur. Since our pictures are of Very High Quality it may take some time to download. Please be patient and allow the pictures to get completely downloaded before you can view or order it. We always try to minimize color variations between the actual product and that displayed on the screen. However, the colors of the Sarees and other garments shown on the web catalogue may vary slightly from the original product due to various reasons like:

  • Variations in monitor resolution levels
  • Having a poor VGA card (Graphics Display Card)
  • Having the minimum color setting in your Monitor Display Properties
  • Setting the Brightness and Contrast levels of your monitor to low or high values
  • The following setting will help you view the Sarees and garments presented in our website closest to their original colors.

Suggested Color Settings

  • Set the Screen Resolution to 1024*768 pixels minimum
  • Make your Monitor support more than 256 colors, by changing the Display settings
  • Set your Monitor Brightness value to 75% of Maximum value
  • Similarly set your Monitor Contrast value to 85% of Maximum value

The above color settings are only suggested to increase the chances of viewing a better image. There are many display monitor manufacturers in the market and each of them follow different color standards. Drapemoda does not have control over your monitor display settings nor what the customer sees on the internet. CANCELLATION, RETURN/EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Currently, we do not process any cancellation requests for any orders placed with us. We request the customers to complete the purchase or order diligently. In case of any orders cancelled by Drapemoda due to any unavoidable circumstances, a refund is issued to the customer’s original mode of payment account within 20 business days.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

For orders shipped within India, we do not accept any return or exchange of items purchased from Drapemoda.  Please note that no refund/exchange shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, quality of the product. Customers are advised to read through product information carefully and request for more images or videos of the items they like from the Drapemoda team at drapemoda@gmail.com or whatsapp number – 8072708988, before completing the order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
  • Orders shipped outside India are subject to custom duties, import taxes and/or fees levied by the customer or recipient’s country. The customer and/or the recipient is the importer of the order items and it is his/her responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price paid and such additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; to be paid at the time of delivery to the courier company or its partner as and how specified by the courier company.
  • Drapemoda has no control over these charges, nor can Drapemoda predict what they may be. Drapemoda cannot keep a record of these duties and taxes as they are subject to change and vary from country to country according to national or regional laws, rules and regulations.
  • Customs policies vary widely; customers should contact their local customs office for more information. You can also check the same with the courier company once you receive the shipment tracking information from Drapemoda.
  • For shipment of orders outside of India, Drapemoda does not accept any returns or refund request at this time. The items we ship are rigorously inspected for damages, and shipped with reputed courier companies. So the chances of shipment damages is almost nil. In case of any shipment damage, please notify us via email at drapemoda@gmail.com with pictures and videos within 2 days of receiving the item(s). The final decision will be made by the quality assurance (QA) team of Drapemoda in terms of returns/refund requests. In such a case of returns (upon the Drapemoda QA team approval), the customer must make sure that Drapemoda receives the item(s) within 7 days of receipt at the address given below. Use FedEx only. Other mode of courier will be rejected and refunds are not guaranteed. Also, the customer will be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country or region. In all such cases, the customer will bear the shipping charges along with custom duties while returning the product and the same will be deducted from the refund amount.
