ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the unprecedented pandemic restrictions all over the world, shipping and delivery times have been severely affected. We advise you to contact +918072708988 before placing the orders if you have any tight deadlines. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ORDER DELIVERY
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar.
International deliveries usually take 5 to 10 business days after we ship your order items. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, kindly use the same to track your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Drapemoda LLP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please refer to our terms and conditions here.

You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, kindly use the same to track your order. Refer the delivery schedule below:

Currently, we have waived off the shipping cost for the deliveries within India if the total order value is above 2500 INR. For orders with value below 2500 INR, there will be an additional packaging and shipping charge of 100 INR.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@drapemoda.com or +918072708988 with your name, mobile number and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Bust : Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just right under your arms.
Waist : Wrap the tape around the slimmest part of your tummy, just above the belly button, without any extra tension on the tape.
Hip: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips and make sure not to pull it tight.
