Bust : Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just right under your arms.
Waist : Wrap the tape around the slimmest part of your tummy, just above the belly button, without any extra tension on the tape.
Hip: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips and make sure not to pull it tight.

Shoulder : Measure from one tip of the shoulder to the other.
Bust : Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist : Measure around the awaist, above belly button along the slimmest part without tightening the measure tape.
Hip: Measure around the largest circumference at hips.
