- What does a piece in the shop cost?
- Every piece carries its price on its own page, and across the shop they run from ₹2,300 to ₹12,000. A piece offered in more than one size or make is priced per choice, so what you pay is the figure shown against the size and the make you pick.
- What sizes are made?
- The shop is cut in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. The size guide gives the bust, the waist and the hip in centimetres for each one, and every piece that offers a size links to it. If you are between two sizes, message the atelier before you order.
- How long does a made to order piece take?
- A piece cut to order is made in 6 to 8 weeks, and each piece's page says how long that one takes. The pieces already worked and waiting in the studio are sent without that wait.
- What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
- Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹2,500 and over, and ₹150 below that. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. A commission is different. Delivery is arranged when your piece is finished and is settled with the balance, so nothing is charged for it today.
- Do you deliver outside India?
- No. Shop orders are delivered within India only, and nothing in the shop is sent outside it. If you are elsewhere and want a piece, message the atelier before you order anything.
- Can I return or exchange something?
- All sales are final. Drapemoda does not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is cut and finished for one order, which is why nothing here can be resold. If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what was ordered, message the atelier on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photographs and we will put it right.
- How do I order?
