How to measure

Measure over your underwear with a soft tape, and have somebody else hold it if there is anybody about. Each one opens with a diagram of where the tape sits.

Nothing here is a standard size. Send these measurements on WhatsApp, or book a fitting at the atelier and we will take them for you, and your piece is cut to them.

• Bust

  Around the fullest part of the bust, with the tape level all the way round and one finger of room under it.

• Natural waist

  Around the narrowest part of the waist, usually just above the navel. Breathe out, and keep the tape snug rather than tight.

• Hip

  Around the fullest part of the hip, roughly 20 centimetres below the natural waist, standing with your feet together.

• Shoulder

  Straight across the back, from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other, following the line the seam will sit on.

• Sleeve length

  From the tip of the shoulder to where you want the sleeve to end, with your arm relaxed at your side.

• Full length

  From the top of the shoulder, over the bust, down to where you want the hem to finish. Wear the shoes you plan to wear.
